Namaste!

India Cultural Association, a platform organization that aims to strengthen the local Indian-American community, presents Namaste India 2023, a celebration of India’s Independence Day.  Namaste India 2023 will be held on Sunday, August 20 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the historic Fountain Square, downtown Cincinnati.  Namaste India 2023 is FREE to the public.

The celebration highlights India’s cultural heritage.  The evening will feature enthralling dance and music performances from different regions of India, as well booths that will provide delicious food and other merchandise.  Please participate in the following ways:

–          Sponsorship

–          Booths at the event

–          Cultural programs

Sponsorship:  We request sponsorships (Platinum $1000, Gold $500, Silver $250), which will help us secure a successful event.  Your contribution will offer the following benefits:

• Exposure through advertisement of the event including electronic and printed media
• Exposure through announcements at the event
• Exposure through signage at the event
• A booth at event site (Platinum and Gold sponsorships only) for your specific promotions

Booths: We have a limited number of booths that will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Based on the charges assessed by Fountain Square for the booths, ICA will assess the following fees:

• For-profit sales: $200
• Non-profit organizations: $100

Cultural Events: Please submit entries (5 mins duration, group participation, children-centric items encouraged) by this Google Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeXHJrDRbneph70rg5-JmwF-I8NIdqDFGIGoP9s09lIUuTCzA/viewform) by July 21, 2023.  The Cultural Committee will review all entries and decide the final list of items that best represent the diversity, variety and richness of Indian culture.
