American Jewish Committee (AJC) Cincinnati and Indian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky (IACC) invite you to join us as we remember those who tragically lost their lives in the Mumbai terror attacks of 2008. Our communities will come together to light memorial candles and remember the fallen.
The Mumbai massacre was a synchronized multi-targeted rampage that lasted four days and killed more than 160 people, wounding hundreds more. The twelve Mumbai sites hit on November 26, 2008 included a rail station, a restaurant, a major hotel where dozens of hostages were held for four days, and a Chabad Jewish Center where five people, including a rabbi and his wife, were murdered.
Traditional foods will be served.
